Our Practice
DR. FRED P. GUARCELLO, O.D.
Dr Guarcello is a 1978 graduate from UC Berkeley after receiving his undergraduate degree from California State University at Sacramento. He is Board Certified in ocular therapeutics and he has been practicing in Placer County for the past 26 years. He is a member of the Loomis Lions service club as well as the American Optometric Association and the Sacramento Optometric Society. He is married with two boys and enjoys golf and gardening.

DR. PETER KLEM, O.D.
Dr Klem is a 1978 graduate of U.C. Berkeley and received his undergraduate degree from California State University at San Diego with Honors in Chemistry. While at U.C. Berkeley, he was a teaching assistant for the final two years. Board Certified in ocular therapeutics, he enjoys working with young children and their visual needs. Dr Klem is also a member of the American Optometric Association.
He is married with three boys and enjoys the outdoors including biking, hiking, golfing, windsurfing and just time outdoors.

DR. PAUL GOLLENDER
Dr. Gollender, a graduate of University of California Berkeley School of Optometry has worked in ophthalmology and optometry since 1988. He was California State Board certified to treat glaucoma. He is one of only 40 optometrists in California licensed in California to treat glaucoma. Dr. Gollender has lectured extensively throughout the United States on the treatment of glaucoma and other neurological disease including Multiple Sclerosis.
Dr. Gollender is married and father of three children. He has been a multi-sport athlete for twenty years and has completed numerous marathons, century rides and over 52 triathlons, including Ironman Canada. He enjoys golfing and playing electric guitar with his two younger children who also play bass and electric guitars.
